On June 11, the 2022 graduation ceremony of Cuiying Honors college was held in Chengguan Campus. The President of Lanzhou University and Dean of Cuiying Honors College Yan Chunhua, along with Vice President of Cuiying Honors College, Prof. Pan Baotian and Prof. He Deyan, related workers, teachers, tutors, and representatives from parents and high schools attended the ceremony.

Yan Chunhua gave a speech at the ceremony with the theme of inheriting the torch of predecessors and devoting yourself to your career. In the speech, Yan Chunhua expressed the great expectation for everyone. And shared dribs and drabs of studying and working with students, then expressed his sincere wishes to the students.

Professor Li Bo of the School of Life Sciences delivered a speech on behalf of the teachers, hoping that the students with open mind and be unpretentious in the future study and work; To face life with a sincere attitude, treat setbacks and hardships with perseverance and a flexible attitude.

On behalf of the 2022 graduates of Cuiying College, Lu Yixing of the Chemical Cuiying Class made a speech. He reviewed the unforgettable memory of exploring the knowledge, and expressed his nostalgic feeling and gratitude for university, college and teachers.

On behalf of the parents of the students of Cuiying Honors College, Tian Yazhong, the parents of the graduates, expressed his gratitude to Lanzhou University, Cuiying Honors College and other professional colleges, and hoped the students keep the grace of education of LZU in mind and continue to forge ahead in the future academic path.

Pan Baotian read out the list of Cuiying Honors College's 2022 "Special Contribution Award" and "Outstanding Teacher Award". Li Hengbin, a researcher from the Calligraphy Research Institute, won the Special Contribution Award of this year. Professor Gao Xing from the School of Mathematics and Statistics, Professor Wang Jianbo from the School of Physical Science and Technology, and Professor Li Bo from the School of Life Sciences won the Outstanding Teacher Award of this year respectively.

Yan Chunhua presented awards to the award-winning teachers. The representative of the graduates presents flowers to the award-winning teachers and all the teachers, giving thanks and blessings.

He Deyan read out the list of students who won the honor of "Top Students Training Program for Basic Disciplines". Yan Chunhua and the leaders of the School of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Literature, History, Philosophy and Society respectively awarded certificates to the students who won this honor.

The graduation ceremony ended with the chorus of Lanzhou University Anthemby teachers and students, and all the graduates took a group photo with the guests. Later, the graduates visited the School History Museum of Lanzhou University, and the party members reviewed the oath of joining the Communist Party of China.

The 95 graduates of Cuiying Honors College in 2022 will go to various famous universities at home and abroad to further their studies with the spirit of "diligence, truth-seeking and enterprising" of LZU, and will achieve great achievements with the mission and responsibility.
