Recently, the results of the 13th "China Youth Science and Technology Innovation Award" sponsored by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League were announced. Ren Xuanguang, a 2019 undergraduate student of Cuiying Honors College, became the only college student in Gansu Province to win the award, which is also the ninth student of our school to win the honor.

The "China Youth Science and Technology Innovation Award" was established in 2004. So far, more than 1,000 students have won the lofty honor. Among them a large number of outstanding young scientific and technological talents have played an important role in scientific research institutions and innovation fields.

Our school has always attached great importance to the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation talents and the creation of an atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship, constantly straightening out the innovation and entrepreneurship system and mechanism, strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship service capabilities, actively cultivating new talents with innovative spirit, and guiding our young students to make contributions to the west of China.
