On the afternoon of March 25, Cuiying Honors College  organized a special training lecture for the University Physics Competition at Zhiyuan Building on the Yuzhong Campus. The lecture was delivered by Wang Xinhua, Senior Experimentalist from the School of Physical Science and Technology. Participants mainly included students from the 2024 Cuiying Physics Class and many other students in the university who are interested in physics discipline competitions.

In the training, Teacher Wang systematically illustrated the competition rules, examination forms, topic selection skills and classic past exam questions. He also shared the latest development of physics discipline competitions, relevant innovative research achievements, as well as experience in experimental equipment research and school-enterprise cooperation. At the end of the session, he urged all students to attach importance to daily professional learning and experimental training, lay a solid academic foundation, and accumulatestrength for future competitions and innovative achievements.

The training effectively solved students’ puzzles about the physics competition, further stimulated their enthusiasm for participating in discipline competitions, and helped them clarify learning and preparation directions.
