After completing one, he will give himself a little reward to encourage him to continue to follow the plan and set new goals.

Speaking of the moment when he was deeply impressed by hisstudy in Cuiying, senior high school student Jin Zhecheng recalled the scene of communicating with elder students and younger students: "I feel that when I communicate with elder students and younger students, I can feel the power of inheritance. Especially when I communicate with excellent students, I can feel that their words and deeds will influence me imperceptibly. And in these exchange activities, you can feel that you are led by the excellent atmosphere ofCuiying Honors College. As a senior, when I tell my younger brother and sister about my experience, I always feel that I have completed my mission and passed on some strength. " At the new and old students exchange meeting, the younger students and younger sisters also benefited greatly from the narration and sharing of Mr. Jin Zhecheng.

Jin Zhecheng, who has four years of scientific research experience in his undergraduate stage, also shared some personal tips on balancing heavy academic and scientific research life. Professor Jin Zhecheng said that he usually spent more time on scientific research, used the fragmented time to master the knowledge points learned on that day, arranged the experimental process of the project when approaching the examination, and made every effort to cope with the examination. At the same time, senior students also mentioned that it is important to pay attention to learning methods when learning. For example, it is important to understand the overall framework of the course to be studied in advance, and then fill in knowledge step by step, so as to save time for scientific research.

In his usual heavy work of study, scientific research and application for school, senior student Jin Zhecheng also mentioned that it is better to have an overall plan, and then set phased goals. After completing one, he will give himself a little reward to encourage him to continue to follow the plan and set new goals.

Finally, Mr. Jin Zhecheng sincerely sent a message to his younger brother and younger sister: "I think the development direction that everyone is suitable for, or the road to success, may not be the same. You don't have to feel guilty because your own development direction is different from other people's, and you don't need to deny other people's development direction easily. Therefore, I hope that students can listen to their inner voice, ask themselves what kind of life they want to live and what kind of people they want to be, and make constant efforts in this direction and make rational use of various resources. I believe you will succeed in the end! "
